Transportation Change Request Form

This Transportation Change Request Form must be completed for any changes to your student's transportation needs. Please allow at least three business days for your request to be processed.

Requests for transportation changes must be made no later than July 27, 2026 in order to be effective for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 19th. This procedure ensures accurate driver routing and rostering for the first few days of school.
