Mrs. Stephanie Clough

Hello!  Here is a little information about me!  I grew up in Harrisburg, PA  and graduated from Central Dauphin High School.  I was a cheerleader in middle school and high school!  Rah!  I attended Shippensburg University and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 1999.  I have been teaching for 17 years.  I taught in Central Dauphin School District and in a small private school called Town and Country Day School before coming to Franklin Township in 2003.  I have taught second grade for 12 years and I love it!  I received my Master's Degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University in 2005.

I live in Dillsburg, PA with my husband, Ben and our cat, Mr. Charley Whiskers!  I also have a stepson, Jon, who is almost 18.  He is quite the athlete!  He plays football in Elizabethtown.  He is a captain this year.  He will graduate this year!  Where does the time go?  My family and I love going to the beach in the summer.  I love sitting on the beach and reading, while Mr. Clough and Jon body surf out in the waves!
I love to read.  Mysteries are my favorite kind of book.  I also enjoy going to Zumba classes!  I go three times a week and lost lots of weight!  In March of 2013, I decided that I loved Zumba so much, I wanted to become an instructor!  I have been teaching a small class for the teachers here at Franklin!  I am also a Zumba Kids instructor!  I've done some Zumba Kids for the ASAP program here at school for the third, fourth and fifth graders!  Maybe, we will do a little Zumba in our classroom:)  I also love taking brisk walks whenever I have some free time.  I could eat pizza for every meal!  My favorite color is blue!  Spending time with family and friends is very important to me.  I can't wait to get to know all of you!!
